Three of the seven shows in China International Industry Fairs, Metalworking and CNC Machine Tool Show 2009 (MWCS), Industrial Automation Show (IAS) 2009, Energy Show 2009 (ES) grandly open today at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The five-day events are expected to accommodate 1,025 exhibitors who will showcase their products and technologies on a total display area of 75,000 sqm and a legion of 100,000 visitors from home and abroad will come to seek business opportunities. The three trade shows are co-organized by Deutsche Messe, Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd and Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., Ltd.

At MWCS 2009, leading manufactures of the industry will give a full display of the most advanced machine tools. The show embraces exhibitors from the sectors of metal forming machines and metal cutting machine tools. IAS 2009 will take “Industrial Safety” as one of its main themes which features an exciting show of robot automation technology. A line up of companies from all over the world will display their state-of-art products, technologies and solutions. Energy Show 2009 has refined the energy categories, integrating resources from sectors like power generation equipment, electric power and engineering, power measurement and control instrument etc. An array of concurrent events, seminars and symposiums will be held during the show.
